Go-noodle:
Fun and interactive exercise site, where kids have to dance and move to earn points for their little avatar. Every time they earn points, their little avatar grows! For our class we are trying to grow Just Gary (yes that is his name). The download is free, and the kids can do the at-home version. We often go to this site for our "brain breaks" We do this activity as a refresher after sitting a while. Having that few minutes of movement truly motivates them and gets their blood pumping and ready for our next subject! Click the button below to check it out!
